Los participantes examinar\u00e1n los factores clave que influyen en la percepci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, como la resiliencia personal, el apoyo social, el estado de salud mental y el acceso a recursos. El curso destaca c\u00f3mo rasgos como la adaptabilidad, la resiliencia, la autoeficacia y el perfeccionismo pueden mitigar el estr\u00e9s o aumentar la vulnerabilidad, seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo se gestionen. Al comprender sus propios patrones de personalidad, los participantes pueden identificar comportamientos de alto riesgo y desarrollar estrategias personalizadas para afrontar mejor el estr\u00e9s laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tema tambi\u00e9n profundiza en el papel crucial de la cultura organizacional, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en c\u00f3mo factores como la autonom\u00eda, la claridad de roles y el reconocimiento influyen en el estr\u00e9s de los empleados y el riesgo de burnout. Utilizando modelos de personalidad consolidados, como el Indicador de Tipo Myers-Briggs (MBTI) y el Modelo de los Cinco Factores (Big Five), el m\u00f3dulo demuestra c\u00f3mo los diferentes tipos de personalidad (tipo A, tipo B, introvertidos, extrovertidos, perfeccionistas, etc.) responden de forma distinta a los factores estresantes y requieren estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas.
