Los estudiantes comprender\u00e1n la diferencia entre pandemias, como la COVID-19, y otros eventos repentinos (como desastres naturales o crisis econ\u00f3micas), y por qu\u00e9 ambos pueden provocar intensas respuestas emocionales y cognitivas. El m\u00f3dulo destaca las reacciones iniciales comunes de conmoci\u00f3n, negaci\u00f3n, miedo y ansiedad, as\u00ed como la importancia de la adaptaci\u00f3n conductual y la b\u00fasqueda de apoyo social en tiempos de crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de ejemplos hist\u00f3ricos y contempor\u00e1neos, como la gripe espa\u00f1ola y la COVID-19, el curso examina las amplias consecuencias para la salud mental de las crisis a gran escala. Los participantes analizar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo el teletrabajo, el aislamiento social y la difuminaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites entre la vida personal y profesional han contribuido al aumento de las tasas de ansiedad, agotamiento y agotamiento emocional durante la pandemia.
