Explica claramente las diferencias entre el estr\u00e9s \u2014que suele ser agudo y est\u00e1 vinculado a exigencias a corto plazo\u2014 y el agotamiento, una condici\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica resultante de la exposici\u00f3n prolongada al estr\u00e9s. Los participantes aprender\u00e1n a identificar los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos, emocionales, cognitivos y conductuales de cada uno, como dolores de cabeza, irritabilidad, agotamiento emocional, olvidos, desapego y disminuci\u00f3n del rendimiento laboral. Comprender estas se\u00f1ales de alerta temprana es esencial para actuar a tiempo y prevenir problemas de salud y productividad m\u00e1s graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso explora las principales causas y factores de riesgo del estr\u00e9s laboral y el agotamiento, como la sobrecarga de trabajo, la falta de control, la falta de equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, la falta de recursos, las expectativas laborales poco claras y una cultura organizacional t\u00f3xica. Los alumnos tambi\u00e9n analizar\u00e1n las consecuencias del estr\u00e9s no gestionado, no solo para el bienestar personal, sino tambi\u00e9n para la din\u00e1mica de equipo, la productividad, el ausentismo y la rotaci\u00f3n de personal. Se aborda el fen\u00f3meno de la &quot;renuncia silenciosa&quot; y la &quot;renuncia ruidosa&quot; como una forma de afrontamiento, destacando la importancia de la intervenci\u00f3n temprana y la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante actividades pr\u00e1cticas y reflexivas, se anima a los alumnos a evaluar sus propias experiencias, reconocer sus desencadenantes y crear planes de acci\u00f3n personalizados para la gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y la prevenci\u00f3n del agotamiento. El tema proporciona a los directivos estrategias concretas para prevenir el agotamiento en sus equipos, como reuniones peri\u00f3dicas, fomentar la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta, promover la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida laboral y personal y ofrecer recursos de apoyo. En definitiva, esta unidad empodera tanto a empleados como a l\u00edderes para crear entornos de trabajo m\u00e1s saludables y resilientes al identificar y abordar el estr\u00e9s antes de que se
