Se introduce a los estudiantes a la diferencia entre pensamientos irracionales y racionales, y se descubre c\u00f3mo los patrones de pensamiento distorsionados, como el perfeccionismo, el catastrofismo, el pensamiento de todo o nada y el filtrado mental, pueden aumentar el estr\u00e9s y socavar el bienestar. El curso enfatiza la importancia de reconocer, cuestionar y reemplazar las creencias irracionales con perspectivas m\u00e1s equilibradas y basadas en la evidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un enfoque clave es la aplicaci\u00f3n del Modelo ABC (y su versi\u00f3n ampliada, ABCDE) de Albert Ellis, que ense\u00f1a que nuestras emociones y comportamientos no se moldean por los eventos en s\u00ed, sino por las creencias que tenemos sobre ellos. Los estudiantes practicar\u00e1n la identificaci\u00f3n de pensamientos negativos autom\u00e1ticos y utilizar\u00e1n t\u00e9cnicas estructuradas de autorreflexi\u00f3n y debate para reemplazarlos por creencias m\u00e1s sanas y racionales. Este cambio ayuda a reducir las respuestas emocionales negativas (como la ansiedad, el p\u00e1nico o la verg\u00fcenza) y fomenta comportamientos adaptativos que fomentan la resiliencia y la resoluci\u00f3n eficaz de problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos y actividades guiadas, los participantes desarrollan habilidades de reestructuraci\u00f3n cognitiva, aprendiendo a aceptar la existencia de pensamientos irracionales sin creer en su contenido y a debatirlos activamente y reemplazarlos. Al fomentar el pensamiento racional, este tema empodera a las personas y a los equipos para desarrollar un mayor control emocional, mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n en el trabajo y crear un entorno
