Los alumnos explorar\u00e1n el impacto de la gesti\u00f3n del tiempo en la vida laboral diaria, descubriendo c\u00f3mo planificar, priorizar y organizar las tareas no solo mejora la eficiencia, sino que tambi\u00e9n reduce la ansiedad, la procrastinaci\u00f3n y la sensaci\u00f3n de agobio. El m\u00f3dulo explica los beneficios de una buena gesti\u00f3n del tiempo, como una mejor toma de decisiones, un mejor equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, una mayor confianza en uno mismo y una mayor satisfacci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se abordan estrategias clave y t\u00e9cnicas pr\u00e1cticas, como el m\u00e9todo ABCDE, la Matriz de Eisenhower, el m\u00e9todo POSEC, el Principio de Pareto (regla 80\/20), la T\u00e9cnica Pomodoro y el uso de tableros Kanban. Estas herramientas permiten a los estudiantes priorizar lo verdaderamente importante, establecer objetivos realistas, delegar eficazmente, minimizar las distracciones y estructurar su jornada para obtener resultados \u00f3ptimos. Se presta especial atenci\u00f3n a la identificaci\u00f3n y superaci\u00f3n de los ladrones de tiempo m\u00e1s comunes: distracciones internas y externas que minan la productividad y contribuyen al estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante estudios de caso, actividades de autoevaluaci\u00f3n y planes de acci\u00f3n, se anima a los participantes a reflexionar sobre sus h\u00e1bitos actuales, identificar \u00e1reas de mejora e implementar nuevas rutinas de gesti\u00f3n del tiempo.
