Los alumnos examinar\u00e1n el impacto de la comunicaci\u00f3n deficiente \u2014como expectativas poco claras, falta de retroalimentaci\u00f3n y conflictos sin resolver\u2014 como factores importantes que contribuyen al estr\u00e9s laboral y a un clima laboral negativo. El curso destaca la importancia de la claridad, la precisi\u00f3n, la empat\u00eda y la coherencia en la comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional, mostrando c\u00f3mo fomentan la confianza, reducen los malentendidos y promueven relaciones m\u00e1s sanas entre compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se presta especial atenci\u00f3n al desarrollo de tres habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n clave: <strong>escucha activa<\/strong>, <strong>retroalimentaci\u00f3n constructiva<\/strong>, y <strong>asertividad<\/strong>Los participantes aprenden t\u00e9cnicas para escuchar con empat\u00eda, expresarse con claridad y respeto, y gestionar conflictos laborales sin agresividad ni evasi\u00f3n. El tema ofrece estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para dar y recibir retroalimentaci\u00f3n de forma que motive y apoye el crecimiento profesional, as\u00ed como herramientas para establecer l\u00edmites saludables y decir &quot;no&quot; sin culpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de casos pr\u00e1cticos, autoevaluaci\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n de acciones, los estudiantes adquirir\u00e1n confianza en el uso de la comunicaci\u00f3n para prevenir y gestionar el estr\u00e9s, crear un ambiente de equipo positivo y defender sus propias necesidades y las de los dem\u00e1s. Al fortalecer estas habilidades, las personas y las organizaciones se vuelven m\u00e1s resilientes, comprometidas y preparadas para afrontar los desaf\u00edos
