Los participantes explorar\u00e1n los principales beneficios de unirse a grupos de apoyo, como la reducci\u00f3n del aislamiento, el fomento del sentido de pertenencia y la adquisici\u00f3n de estrategias pr\u00e1cticas de afrontamiento a trav\u00e9s de experiencias compartidas. El curso diferencia los tipos de grupos de apoyo (generales, espec\u00edficos de cada ocupaci\u00f3n y enfocados en el liderazgo) y explica c\u00f3mo cada uno puede ofrecer apoyo personalizado y perspectivas para afrontar los desaf\u00edos laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes descubrir\u00e1n c\u00f3mo los grupos de apoyo fomentan la confianza, la confidencialidad y la mentor\u00eda entre pares, creando espacios seguros para el di\u00e1logo abierto, el apoyo emocional y el aprendizaje mutuo. El m\u00f3dulo aborda la importancia de las reuniones estructuradas, la facilitaci\u00f3n profesional y la incorporaci\u00f3n de actividades como la atenci\u00f3n plena, el establecimiento de metas y las reuniones peri\u00f3dicas para fortalecer la resiliencia. Se hace hincapi\u00e9 en la creaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de redes de apoyo personales, la identificaci\u00f3n de relaciones clave y el aprovechamiento de formatos presenciales y virtuales para una mayor accesibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante ejemplos de la vida real, actividades de reflexi\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de acciones, se anima a los estudiantes a ampliar sus redes de apoyo, participar proactivamente en el apoyo entre pares y cultivar una mentalidad comunitaria. De esta manera, no solo mejoran su propio bienestar y resiliencia, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a una cultura laboral m\u00e1s sana y
