Los alumnos explorar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo la activaci\u00f3n de la respuesta de relajaci\u00f3n corporal puede contrarrestar los efectos negativos del estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico, mejorando el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental. El curso abarca la ciencia que subyace a las respuestas al estr\u00e9s, como la &quot;lucha o huida&quot;, y c\u00f3mo m\u00e9todos como la respiraci\u00f3n profunda, la visualizaci\u00f3n guiada, la relajaci\u00f3n muscular progresiva, el yoga, la meditaci\u00f3n consciente, la aromaterapia y el registro diario pueden utilizarse para lograr la calma y restablecer el equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ofrece instrucci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica sobre diversas t\u00e9cnicas basadas en la evidencia, como la respiraci\u00f3n diafragm\u00e1tica, la respiraci\u00f3n en caja, la respiraci\u00f3n de abeja zumbadora, la respiraci\u00f3n por fosas nasales alternas y la respiraci\u00f3n de le\u00f3n. Se anima a los participantes a experimentar con diferentes pr\u00e1cticas para descubrir qu\u00e9 m\u00e9todos se adaptan mejor a sus necesidades y rutinas de trabajo. El tema tambi\u00e9n explica el papel de los estilos de yoga y la aromaterapia en el alivio del estr\u00e9s diario, ofreciendo consejos para un uso seguro y eficaz, y destaca el poder de escribir un diario regularmente para la autorreflexi\u00f3n, la claridad y la regulaci\u00f3n emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante la autoevaluaci\u00f3n, actividades experienciales y orientaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, los participantes aprender\u00e1n a integrar la relajaci\u00f3n en su vida diaria, tanto en el trabajo como en casa.
