Los estudiantes descubrir\u00e1n los beneficios hol\u00edsticos de la expresi\u00f3n creativa, como la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, la regulaci\u00f3n emocional, una mayor autoconciencia y la activaci\u00f3n de la respuesta de relajaci\u00f3n corporal. Se destacan investigaciones cient\u00edficas que demuestran que las actividades art\u00edsticas pueden reducir significativamente los niveles de cortisol y fomentar una sensaci\u00f3n de calma, atenci\u00f3n plena y satisfacci\u00f3n, independientemente de la habilidad o experiencia art\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso presenta una variedad de formas y t\u00e9cnicas art\u00edsticas para todos, desde pintura y dibujo hasta mandalas, collage, cer\u00e1mica, arte natural, fotograf\u00eda, arte digital y diario personal. Cada actividad ofrece una v\u00eda no verbal para procesar emociones, fomenta la experimentaci\u00f3n y el juego, y ofrece una distracci\u00f3n saludable del estr\u00e9s diario.
