El curso destaca la diferencia entre h\u00e1bitos laborales saludables y no saludables, enfatizando por qu\u00e9 desarrollar rutinas positivas (como tomar descansos regulares, priorizar tareas y practicar la atenci\u00f3n plena) es esencial para la resiliencia, la productividad y la prevenci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes adquirir\u00e1n estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para cambiar h\u00e1bitos indeseados identificando sus desencadenantes, experimentando con recompensas alternativas y dise\u00f1ando planes de acci\u00f3n para un cambio de comportamiento duradero.
