Los estudiantes examinar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo las elecciones alimentarias impactan tanto la salud f\u00edsica como la mental, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la relaci\u00f3n entre la nutrici\u00f3n, el estado de \u00e1nimo y la resiliencia en el trabajo. El curso introduce la &quot;conexi\u00f3n cerebro-intestino&quot;, explicando c\u00f3mo la salud digestiva y una dieta equilibrada influyen no solo en los niveles de energ\u00eda y la funci\u00f3n inmunitaria, sino tambi\u00e9n en el bienestar emocional y el rendimiento cognitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes aprender\u00e1n a identificar c\u00f3mo el estr\u00e9s afecta los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios, por qu\u00e9 aumentan las necesidades nutricionales durante periodos estresantes y c\u00f3mo ciertos alimentos pueden intensificar o reducir el estr\u00e9s. Se ofrecen consejos pr\u00e1cticos para crear rutinas de alimentaci\u00f3n saludables, incluyendo los beneficios de los cereales integrales, las prote\u00ednas magras, las frutas, las verduras y los alimentos ricos en omega-3 y magnesio.
