Los estudiantes descubrir\u00e1n qu\u00e9 son los l\u00edmites personales: &quot;campos de fuerza invisibles&quot; que definen zonas de confort, protegen el espacio emocional y empoderan a las personas para decir &quot;s\u00ed&quot; a lo importante y &quot;no&quot; a lo que no. El curso enfatiza c\u00f3mo la autovaloraci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica de la autoestima son fundamentales para establecer y mantener estos l\u00edmites con confianza, incluso ante desaf\u00edos laborales o la presi\u00f3n de decir siempre &quot;s\u00ed&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se presentan estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para identificar, afirmar y comunicar l\u00edmites, abarcando situaciones comunes como la sobrecarga de trabajo, la microgesti\u00f3n o el contacto f\u00edsico no deseado. El tema aborda el frecuente sentimiento de culpa que puede acompa\u00f1ar el establecimiento de l\u00edmites, ofreciendo orientaci\u00f3n para replantear esta culpa y ver los l\u00edmites no como barreras, sino como actos de autorrespeto que benefician tanto a las personas como a los equipos. Al comprender y superar las creencias autolimitantes, los estudiantes pueden crear un entorno laboral m\u00e1s saludable, respetuoso y solidario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejercicios interactivos, como el mapeo de l\u00edmites, la representaci\u00f3n de situaciones y la reflexi\u00f3n guiada, animan a los participantes a practicar nuevas habilidades, reconocer d\u00f3nde necesitan reforzar sus l\u00edmites y tomar medidas concretas para un mayor autocuidado.
