Los estudiantes descubrir\u00e1n c\u00f3mo el movimiento \u2014ya sea caminar a paso ligero, trotar, hacer senderismo o ejercicios sencillos de oficina\u2014 mejora la salud cardiovascular, la fuerza muscular y la energ\u00eda, a la vez que estimula la liberaci\u00f3n de neurotransmisores naturales que mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo, como las endorfinas. El m\u00f3dulo explica por qu\u00e9 el cuerpo y la mente humanos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para el movimiento, no para el sedentarismo en el escritorio, y c\u00f3mo incluso peque\u00f1os cambios \u2014como los descansos regulares para moverse\u2014 pueden mejorar dr\u00e1sticamente la salud y la productividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en los efectos, con respaldo cient\u00edfico, de pasar tiempo al aire libre, desde parques y espacios verdes hasta bosques y jardines. Los participantes aprender\u00e1n c\u00f3mo la exposici\u00f3n a la naturaleza puede reducir las hormonas del estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n, recuperar la concentraci\u00f3n y promover el equilibrio emocional. El tema presenta estrategias pr\u00e1cticas como el &quot;ba\u00f1o de bosque&quot;, los retos diarios de movimiento y la caminata consciente, todas dise\u00f1adas para ayudar a integrar la naturaleza y el ejercicio incluso en las rutinas m\u00e1s ajetreadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante actividades pr\u00e1cticas, autoevaluaci\u00f3n y un reto paso a paso, se anima a los alumnos a desarrollar h\u00e1bitos sostenibles que prioricen tanto la actividad f\u00edsica como la naturaleza.
