Visoke razine stresa, posebno na radnom mjestu, \u0161tetne su s ekonomskog i dru\u0161tvenog gledi\u0161ta u smislu u\u010dinkovitosti na poslu, sustava zdravstvene za\u0161tite te kvalitete \u017eivota i dobrobiti radnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odr\u017eivi razvoj definiran od strane Ujedinjenih naroda kao odgovor na &quot;potrebe sada\u0161njosti bez ugro\u017eavanja sposobnosti budu\u0107ih generacija da zadovolje svoje potrebe&quot;, zahtijeva integraciju ne samo ekolo\u0161kih ili ekonomskih aspekata, ve\u0107 i dru\u0161tvenih pitanja koja moraju biti uravnote\u017eena u dugoro\u010dno. Potreban je doprinos \u0161irokog spektra dionika odr\u017eivom razvoju, a tvrtke su pozvane i zamoljene da sudjeluju u postizanju agende odr\u017eivog razvoja koju su predlo\u017eili Ujedinjeni narodi, kao \u0161to se dogodilo s progla\u0161enjem Agende 2030 gdje je 17 ciljeva odr\u017eivog razvoja (SDG) su predlo\u017eeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unutar ove agende za 2030. i me\u0111u svih 17 ciljeva odr\u017eivog razvoja, mo\u017eemo na\u0107i da pitanja povezana s mentalnim zdravljem, stresom, radnim uvjetima itd.<strong> <\/strong>imaju istaknuto mjesto u nekim od ovih ciljeva odr\u017eivog razvoja i njegovih specifi\u010dnih ciljeva, na primjer, cilj 3 Dobro zdravlje i dobrobit, u cilju 3.4, navodi da je do 2030. potrebno pove\u0107ati prevenciju, lije\u010denje i promicanje mentalnog zdravlja i dobrobiti .
