No, lijek bi mogao biti jednostavniji nego \u0161to mislimo \u2013 priroda. Povezivanje s prirodom pokazalo se sna\u017enim protuotrovom za stres i izgaranje na poslu, nude\u0107i holisti\u010dki pristup dobrobiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studije su dosljedno pokazale da boravak u prirodi ima dubok utjecaj na smanjenje razine stresa. Tako\u0111er je pokazano da samo tri do pet minuta gledanja u poglede kojima dominira drve\u0107e, cvije\u0107e ili voda mo\u017ee po\u010deti smanjivati ljutnju, tjeskobu i bol te potaknuti opu\u0161tanje. Prirodno okru\u017eenje poti\u010de opu\u0161tanje, sni\u017eavanje razine kortizola i ubla\u017eavanje mentalnog umora povezanog s radnim pritiscima. Jednostavne aktivnosti poput hodanja, tr\u010danja ili vje\u017ebanja joge na otvorenom mogu se lako uklju\u010diti u dnevne rutine kako bi se ubla\u017eio fizi\u010dki danak stresa povezanog s poslom. Nadalje, priroda pru\u017ea vrijednu priliku za sabranost i razmi\u0161ljanje.
