Ovo slobodno vrijeme mo\u017ee se iskoristiti iz raznih razloga, uklju\u010duju\u0107i godi\u0161nji odmor, osobne dane, bolest ili druge osobne stvari. Politike PTO-a mogu se uvelike razlikovati me\u0111u poslodavcima u smislu obra\u010dunskih stopa, mogu\u0107nosti preno\u0161enja neiskori\u0161tenih dana i ukupnog broja dana dodijeljenih svake godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unato\u010d jasnim prednostima PTO-a, mnogi zaposlenici ne koriste dodijeljene dane i umjesto toga ih gube. Uobi\u010dajeni razlozi za to uklju\u010duju radnu kulturu i o\u010dekivanja, strah od zaostajanja, financijske probleme, lo\u0161e upravljanje PTO-om, osje\u0107aje krivnje i odgovornosti te sveprisutnost tehnologije i povezanosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rje\u0161avanjem ovih prepreka i poticanjem zdravijeg pristupa slobodnom vremenu, tvrtke mogu pomo\u0107i svojim zaposlenicima da iskoriste prednosti PTO-a, \u0161to dovodi do zadovoljnije, produktivnije i anga\u017eiranije radne snage.
