To opu\u0161ta mozak, dopu\u0161taju\u0107i pojedincu da se oslobodi stresa i razmi\u0161lja o ne\u010dem drugom osim svakodnevnih stresora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010citanje u \u010dovjeku razvija empatiju jer tjera pojedince da hodaju u tu\u0111im cipelama. Zbog toga netko ima vi\u0161e razumijevanja i prihva\u0107anja drugih, \u0161to dovodi do zdravijeg dru\u0161tvenog \u017eivota, a time i do smanjenja stresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010citanje nas mo\u017ee u\u010diniti manje usamljenima. Mnogi se ljudi poistovje\u0107uju s likovima iz knjiga, pogotovo kada je lik pro\u0161ao ne\u0161to vrlo sli\u010dno \u010ditatelju. To rezultira time da se \u010ditatelj osje\u0107a manje usamljeno i vi\u0161e shva\u0107eno, \u0161to dovodi do pobolj\u0161anog mentalnog zdravlja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijedno je spomenuti da nije potrebno \u010ditati knjigu satima da bi se iskusile gore navedene dobrobiti i smanjio stres. Studije pokazuju da je potrebno samo 6 minuta \u010ditanja prije nego \u0161to po\u010dnete osje\u0107ati u\u010dinke.
