Stres povezan s poslom opisuje se kao fizi\u010dki i emocionalni napor koji nastaje kada zahtjevi posla prema\u0161uju sposobnost suo\u010davanja s njima, \u0161to dovodi do raznih emocionalnih, fizi\u010dkih, bihevioralnih i kognitivnih simptoma. Nasuprot tome, izgaranje se definira kao stanje kroni\u010dne iscrpljenosti koje je rezultat dugotrajne izlo\u017eenosti stresu, a obi\u010dno se manifestira kao uporni umor, odvojenost od posla i osje\u0107aj neu\u010dinkovitosti. Razumijevanje tih razlika klju\u010dno je i za zaposlenike i za poslodavce, jer postavlja temelje za u\u010dinkovite strategije prevencije i upravljanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modul istra\u017euje glavne izvore stresa na radnom mjestu, kao \u0161to su prekomjerno optere\u0107enje poslom, nerealni rokovi, nedostatak autonomije, lo\u0161i odnosi, nesigurnost posla i neravnote\u017ea izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota. Tako\u0111er isti\u010de klju\u010dne pokreta\u010de izgaranja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i kontinuirano visoke zahtjeve, nedostatne resurse, nejasno\u0107u uloga i negativnu organizacijsku kulturu. Identificiranjem ovih \u010dimbenika, sudionici stje\u010du uvid u to kako stres i izgaranje mogu utjecati i na zdravlje pojedinca i na ukupne organizacijske performanse - utje\u010du\u0107i na produktivnost, anga\u017eman zaposlenika, izostajanje s posla i fluktuaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kona\u010dno, tema se bavi va\u017eno\u0161\u0107u proaktivne prevencije i upravljanja stresom i izgaranjem na radnom mjestu. Navodi dalekose\u017ene koristi ulaganja u mentalno zdravlje, od pobolj\u0161anja dobrobiti zaposlenika i zadovoljstva poslom do poticanja inovacija, smanjenja izostanaka s posla i osiguranja dugoro\u010dne odr\u017eivosti organizacija.
