Polaznici se vode kroz reakciju \u201ebori se ili bje\u017ei\u201c - evolucijski mehanizam pre\u017eivljavanja koji se aktivira kada percipiramo prijetnje, bilo fizi\u010dke ili psiholo\u0161ke. Te\u010daj obja\u0161njava uloge glavnih hormona stresa - kortizola, adrenalina (epinefrina) i noradrenalina (norepinefrina) - opisuju\u0107i kako utje\u010du na tijelo i um i u zdravim dozama i kada su prisutni na kroni\u010dno visokim razinama. Sudionici \u0107e razumjeti kako se op\u0107i adaptacijski sindrom odvija u tri faze: alarm, otpor i iscrpljenost te \u0107e vidjeti kako dugotrajni stres mo\u017ee dovesti do ozbiljnih fizi\u010dkih i psiholo\u0161kih posljedica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dni dio istra\u017euje koncept neuroplasti\u010dnosti - izvanredne sposobnosti mozga da se mijenja i prilago\u0111ava tijekom \u017eivota. Tema raspravlja o tome kako kratkoro\u010dni stres zapravo mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati fokus i u\u010denje, ali kroni\u010dni stres ima \u0161tetne u\u010dinke na strukturu i funkciju mozga. Na primjer, kroni\u010dni stres mo\u017ee smanjiti hipokampus (utje\u010du\u0107i na pam\u0107enje i u\u010denje), prekomjerno aktivirati amigdalu (pove\u0107avaju\u0107i anksioznost) i oslabiti prefrontalni korteks (smanjuju\u0107i fokus i sposobnost dono\u0161enja odluka). Unato\u010d tim izazovima, te\u010daj nagla\u0161ava da se mozak mo\u017ee oporaviti: kroz pozitivne navike poput tjelesne vje\u017ebe, svjesnosti i bavljenja kreativnim aktivnostima, u\u010denici mogu oja\u010dati otpornost, pa \u010dak i preokrenuti neke od negativnih u\u010dinaka stresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kona\u010dno, tema sadr\u017ei prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe i aktivnosti refleksije koje \u0107e pomo\u0107i polaznicima da prepoznaju vlastite reakcije na stres, razumiju fiziolo\u0161ke promjene u stvarnim scenarijima i po\u010dnu graditi zdravije mehanizme suo\u010davanja. Polaznici se poti\u010du da istra\u017ee svoje osobne okida\u010de, eksperimentiraju s praksama smanjenja stresa i usvoje tehnike za poticanje prilagodljivijeg i otpornijeg
