Jasno obja\u0161njava razlike izme\u0111u stresa - koji je \u010desto akutan i povezan s kratkoro\u010dnim zahtjevima - i izgaranja, kroni\u010dnog stanja koje je rezultat dugotrajne izlo\u017eenosti stresu. Sudionici \u0107e nau\u010diti prepoznati fizi\u010dke, emocionalne, kognitivne i bihevioralne simptome svakog od njih, poput glavobolja, razdra\u017eljivosti, emocionalne iscrpljenosti, zaboravnosti, odvojenosti i smanjenog radnog u\u010dinka. Razumijevanje ovih ranih znakova upozorenja klju\u010dno je za pravovremeno djelovanje i sprje\u010davanje ozbiljnijih zdravstvenih problema i problema s produktivno\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te\u010daj istra\u017euje glavne uzroke i \u010dimbenike rizika stresa i sagorijevanja na radnom mjestu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i prekomjerno optere\u0107enje, nedostatak kontrole, lo\u0161u ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota, nedovoljno resursa, nejasna o\u010dekivanja od posla i toksi\u010dnu organizacijsku kulturu. Polaznici \u0107e tako\u0111er raspravljati o posljedicama neupravljanog stresa - ne samo za osobnu dobrobit, ve\u0107 i za timsku dinamiku, produktivnost, izostajanje s posla i fluktuaciju zaposlenika. Obra\u0111uje se fenomen \u201etihog odlaska\u201c i \u201eglasnog odlaska\u201c kao oblik suo\u010davanja, isti\u010du\u0107i va\u017enost rane intervencije i otvorene komunikacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz prakti\u010dne i refleksivne aktivnosti, polaznici se poti\u010du na procjenu vlastitih iskustava, prepoznavanje okida\u010da i stvaranje personaliziranih akcijskih planova za upravljanje stresom i sprje\u010davanje izgaranja. Tema pru\u017ea menad\u017eerima konkretne strategije za sprje\u010davanje izgaranja u njihovim timovima - kao \u0161to su redovite provjere, poticanje otvorene komunikacije, promicanje ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota te pru\u017eanje resursa podr\u0161ke. U kona\u010dnici, ova jedinica osna\u017euje i zaposlenike i voditelje da stvore zdravija i otpornija radna mjesta identificiranjem i rje\u0161avanjem stresa prije nego \u0161to
