Polaznici \u0107e istra\u017eiti klju\u010dne komponente EI - uklju\u010duju\u0107i samosvijest, samoregulaciju, empatiju i u\u010dinkovitu komunikaciju - te kako svaka od njih poma\u017ee pojedincima da prepoznaju i upravljaju vlastitim emocijama, kao i da razumiju i podr\u017ee emocije drugih. Te\u010daj koristi modele poput univerzalnog okvira emocija Paula Ekmana kako bi pomogao polaznicima da identificiraju, interpretiraju i konstruktivno reagiraju na emocionalne epizode na radnom mjestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje ulozi empatije i aktivnog slu\u0161anja u izgradnji pozitivnih odnosa i stvaranju podr\u017eavaju\u0107eg radnog okru\u017eenja. Raspravlja se o prakti\u010dnim strategijama za pa\u017eljivo i empati\u010dno slu\u0161anje, pokazuju\u0107i kako te vje\u0161tine smanjuju nesporazume, poti\u010du povjerenje i pobolj\u0161avaju suradnju. Polaznike se poti\u010de na prakticiranje svjesnosti, redovite samorefleksije i rutina brige o sebi kako bi izgradili otpornost i odr\u017eali emocionalnu ravnote\u017eu - klju\u010dne \u010dimbenike u smanjenju rizika od kroni\u010dnog stresa i izgaranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, studije slu\u010daja i prakti\u010dne aktivnosti, polaznici \u0107e razviti i oja\u010dati svoje vje\u0161tine emocionalne inteligencije.
