Polaznici se upoznaju s razlikom izme\u0111u iracionalnih i racionalnih misli, otkrivaju\u0107i kako iskrivljeni obrasci razmi\u0161ljanja - poput perfekcionizma, katastrofiziranja, razmi\u0161ljanja po principu &quot;sve ili ni\u0161ta&quot; i mentalnog filtriranja - mogu poja\u010dati stres i potkopati dobrobit. Te\u010daj nagla\u0161ava va\u017enost prepoznavanja, osporavanja i zamjene iracionalnih uvjerenja uravnote\u017eenijim, na dokazima utemeljenim perspektivama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010dni fokus je primjena Albert Ellisovog ABC (i pro\u0161irenog ABCDE) modela, koji u\u010di da na\u0161e emocije i pona\u0161anje ne oblikuju sami doga\u0111aji, ve\u0107 uvjerenja koja imamo o tim doga\u0111ajima. Polaznici \u0107e vje\u017ebati prepoznavanje automatskih negativnih misli i koristiti tehnike strukturirane samorefleksije i rasprave kako bi ih zamijenili zdravijim, racionalnijim uvjerenjima. Ova promjena poma\u017ee u smanjenju nezdravih emocionalnih reakcija (poput tjeskobe, panike ili srama) i poti\u010de adaptivno pona\u0161anje koje podr\u017eava otpornost i u\u010dinkovito rje\u0161avanje problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz prakti\u010dne primjere i vo\u0111ene aktivnosti, polaznici razvijaju vje\u0161tine kognitivnog restrukturiranja, u\u010de\u0107i prihvatiti postojanje iracionalnih misli bez vjerovanja u njihov sadr\u017eaj te aktivno raspravljati o njima i zamjenjivati ih. Poticanjem racionalnog razmi\u0161ljanja, ova tema osna\u017euje pojedince i timove da izgrade ve\u0107u emocionalnu kontrolu, pobolj\u0161aju komunikaciju na radnom mjestu i stvore
