Polaznici \u0107e ispitati utjecaj lo\u0161e komunikacije - poput nejasnih o\u010dekivanja, nedostatka povratnih informacija i nerije\u0161enih sukoba - kao zna\u010dajnih \u010dimbenika stresa povezanog s poslom i negativne klime na radnom mjestu. Te\u010daj nagla\u0161ava va\u017enost jasno\u0107e, to\u010dnosti, empatije i dosljednosti u organizacijskoj komunikaciji, pokazuju\u0107i kako one poti\u010du povjerenje, smanjuju nesporazume i podr\u017eavaju zdravije odnose me\u0111u kolegama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje razvoju triju klju\u010dnih komunikacijskih vje\u0161tina: <strong>aktivno slu\u0161anje<\/strong>, <strong>konstruktivne povratne informacije<\/strong>, i <strong>asertivnost<\/strong>Sudionici u\u010de tehnike slu\u0161anja s empatijom, jasnog i s po\u0161tovanjem izra\u017eavanja te upravljanja sukobima na radnom mjestu bez agresije ili izbjegavanja. Tema nudi prakti\u010dne strategije za davanje i primanje povratnih informacija na na\u010dine koji motiviraju i podr\u017eavaju profesionalni rast, kao i alate za postavljanje zdravih granica i izgovaranje \u201ene\u201c bez krivnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz studije slu\u010daja iz stvarnog svijeta, samoprocjenu i planiranje djelovanja, polaznici \u0107e ste\u0107i samopouzdanje u kori\u0161tenju komunikacije za sprje\u010davanje i upravljanje stresom, stvaranje pozitivnog timskog okru\u017eenja te zagovaranje vlastitih potreba i potreba drugih. Ja\u010danjem ovih vje\u0161tina, pojedinci i organizacije postaju otporniji, anga\u017eiraniji i opremljeniji za zajedni\u010dko suo\u010davanje s
