Polaznici \u0107e ste\u0107i jasno razumijevanje razli\u010ditih vrsta stru\u010dnjaka uklju\u010denih u mentalno zdravlje na radnom mjestu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i psihologe, psihijatre, terapeute, savjetnike, stru\u010dnjake za medicinu rada, karijerne trenere, HR stru\u010dnjake i koordinatore za dobrobit. Te\u010daj poja\u0161njava specifi\u010dne uloge i usluge koje svaki od njih mo\u017ee ponuditi, od terapije i lijekova do procjena radnog mjesta, izvr\u0161nog treniranja i programa upravljanja stresom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polaznici \u0107e tako\u0111er otkriti prakti\u010dne strategije za prepoznavanje prikladnih stru\u010dnjaka, u\u010dinkovito komuniciranje njihovih potreba i snala\u017eenje u raznim dostupnim kanalima - kao \u0161to su online imenici, programi pomo\u0107i zaposlenicima (EAP), strukovna udru\u017eenja, mre\u017ee zdravstvenog osiguranja i lokalni resursi. Naglasak je na prevladavanju tjeskobe oko tra\u017eenja pomo\u0107i, dijeljenju procesa u upravljive korake i postavljanju realnih o\u010dekivanja. Pru\u017eaju se smjernice o tome kako postaviti prava pitanja, osigurati povjerljivost i procijeniti kompatibilnost s razli\u010ditim stru\u010dnjacima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz studije slu\u010daja, prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe i aktivnosti samorefleksije, sudionici \u0107e izgraditi samopouzdanje za proaktivno tra\u017eenje podr\u0161ke, razvoj osobnog akcijskog plana i dono\u0161enje informiranih odluka za vlastitu dobrobit. Kori\u0161tenjem stru\u010dnosti razli\u010ditih stru\u010dnjaka, i pojedinci i organizacije mogu stvoriti sveobuhvatna, odr\u017eiva rje\u0161enja za upravljanje stresom i sprje\u010davanje
