Polaznici \u0107e istra\u017eiti temeljne principe mindfulnessa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i svjesnost sada\u0161njeg trenutka i prihva\u0107anje bez osu\u0111ivanja, te otkriti kako ove prakse poma\u017eu u regulaciji emocija, pobolj\u0161anju fokusa i izgradnji otpornosti suo\u010deni s izazovima na radnom mjestu. Znanstveni dokazi i primjeri iz stvarnog svijeta ilustriraju kako mindfulness mo\u017ee smanjiti hormone stresa, smiriti \u017eiv\u010dani sustav i potaknuti bolje odnose i komunikaciju na poslu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe svjesnosti - poput svjesnog disanja, skeniranja tijela, svjesnog hodanja i svjesnog jedenja - predstavljene su kako bi se polaznicima pomoglo da unesu mir i jasno\u0107u u svakodnevne rutine. Te\u010daj pokazuje kako \u010dak i kratki trenuci svjesnosti mogu djelovati kao &quot;gumb za resetiranje&quot; tijekom u\u017eurbanog radnog dana, \u0161to dovodi do ve\u0107e jasno\u0107e, emocionalne ravnote\u017ee i produktivnosti. Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje integraciji svjesnosti u svakodnevni \u017eivot, od jutarnjih rutina i sastanaka do putovanja na posao i ve\u010dernjeg opu\u0161tanja, \u010dine\u0107i ove prakse dostupnima i odr\u017eivima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz vo\u0111ene aktivnosti, samorefleksiju i planiranje akcija, polaznici razvijaju vlastite rutine svjesnosti prilago\u0111ene njihovim potrebama.
