Polaznici \u0107e otkriti kako se glazba mo\u017ee namjerno koristiti kao terapijski alat, ne samo za upravljanje stresom ve\u0107 i za pobolj\u0161anje raspolo\u017eenja, pobolj\u0161anje sna i pove\u0107anje produktivnosti. Te\u010daj isti\u010de znanstvene temelje glazbene terapije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i njezinu sposobnost stimuliranja proizvodnje dopamina, sinkronizacije mo\u017edanih valova, otkucaja srca i disanja te aktiviranja tjelesne reakcije na opu\u0161tanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje razlikama izme\u0111u glazbe od 432 Hz i 440 Hz, a istra\u017eivanja i osobne pri\u010de pokazuju da frekvencije od 432 Hz \u010desto poti\u010du osje\u0107aj smirenosti, jasno\u0107e i emocionalne harmonije. Polaznici se upoznaju s prakti\u010dnim strategijama za integriranje glazbe u svakodnevne rutine - poput stvaranja personaliziranih popisa pjesama za opu\u0161tanje, fokus i podizanje raspolo\u017eenja, eksperimentiranja sa zvukovima inspiriranim prirodom i kori\u0161tenja \u201eglazbenih resetiranja\u201c tijekom stresnih trenutaka. Tema tako\u0111er poti\u010de istra\u017eivanje instrumentalnih i ambijentalnih pjesama za duboki rad i pru\u017ea smjernice za kori\u0161tenje glazbe za meditaciju, spavanje i kreativnu inspiraciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz vo\u0111ene aktivnosti i primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, polaznici se osna\u017euju da namjerno koriste glazbu kao dio svog alata za brigu o sebi, transformiraju\u0107i
