Polaznici \u0107e otkriti kako se navike stvaraju i odr\u017eavaju kroz petlju \u201eZnak-Rutina-Nagrada\u201c - proces koji s vremenom automatski oblikuje pona\u0161anja. Te\u010daj isti\u010de razliku izme\u0111u zdravih i nezdravih navika na radnom mjestu, nagla\u0161avaju\u0107i za\u0161to je razvijanje pozitivnih rutina (poput redovitih pauza, odre\u0111ivanja prioriteta zadataka i prakticiranja svjesnosti) klju\u010dno za otpornost, produktivnost i prevenciju stresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudionici \u0107e ste\u0107i prakti\u010dne strategije za promjenu ne\u017eeljenih navika identificiranjem njihovih okida\u010da, eksperimentiranjem s alternativnim nagradama i osmi\u0161ljavanjem akcijskih planova za trajnu promjenu pona\u0161anja. Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje neuroznanosti navika, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ulogu neuroplasti\u010dnosti i prednosti usvajanja na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja usmjerenog na rast. Modul razotkriva mit o \u201epravilu 21 dana\u201c, obja\u0161njavaju\u0107i da je promjena navika postupan, vrlo individualan proces koji zahtijeva upornost, samorefleksiju i fleksibilnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, vo\u0111ene aktivnosti i vje\u017ebe samoprocjene, polaznici se poti\u010du na pra\u0107enje svojih navika, rje\u0161avanje osobnih izazova i primjenu tehnika izgradnje navika u svom profesionalnom \u017eivotu.
