Polaznici \u0107e otkriti \u0161to su osobne granice - \u201enevidljiva polja sile\u201c koja definiraju zone udobnosti, \u0161tite emocionalni prostor i osna\u017euju pojedince da ka\u017eu \u201eda\u201c onome \u0161to je va\u017eno i \u201ene\u201c onome \u0161to nije. Te\u010daj nagla\u0161ava kako su vrednovanje sebe i prakticiranje samopo\u0161tovanja u sr\u017ei samouvjerenog postavljanja i odr\u017eavanja tih granica, \u010dak i kada se suo\u010davamo s izazovima na radnom mjestu ili pritiskom da uvijek ka\u017eemo \u201eda\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predstavljene su prakti\u010dne strategije za identificiranje, utvr\u0111ivanje i komuniciranje granica \u2013 pokrivaju\u0107i uobi\u010dajene scenarije poput prekomjernog optere\u0107enja poslom, mikromenad\u017ementa ili ne\u017eeljenog fizi\u010dkog kontakta. Tema se bavi \u010destim osje\u0107ajem krivnje koji mo\u017ee pratiti postavljanje granica, nude\u0107i smjernice za preoblikovanje te krivnje i promatranje granica ne kao prepreka, ve\u0107 kao \u010dinova samopo\u0161tovanja koji koriste i pojedincima i timovima. Razumijevanjem i prevladavanjem samoograni\u010davaju\u0107ih uvjerenja, u\u010denici mogu stvoriti zdravije, po\u0161tovanije i podr\u017eavaju\u0107e radno okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interaktivne vje\u017ebe - poput mapiranja granica, scenarija igranja uloga i vo\u0111ene refleksije - poti\u010du sudionike da vje\u017ebaju nove vje\u0161tine, prepoznaju gdje je potrebno oja\u010dati njihove granice i poduzmu konkretne korake prema ve\u0107oj brizi o sebi.
