Polaznici \u0107e istra\u017eiti \u0161to je otpornost, kako poma\u017ee u ubla\u017eavanju negativnih u\u010dinaka stresa i za\u0161to je to vje\u0161tina koja se mo\u017ee kultivirati, a ne uro\u0111ena osobina. Koriste\u0107i inspirativne primjere i istra\u017eivanja, te\u010daj obja\u0161njava kako otpornost podr\u017eava emocionalnu regulaciju, mentalnu fleksibilnost, fizi\u010dko zdravlje i dugoro\u010dni uspjeh, \u010dak i usprkos velikim neuspjesima ili neizvjesnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudionici \u0107e ste\u0107i prakti\u010dne strategije za izgradnju otpornosti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i okvir \u201e7 C-ova\u201c: Kontrola, Kompetencija, Suo\u010davanje, Samopouzdanje, Povezanost, Karakter i Doprinos. Naglasak je na va\u017enosti samosuosje\u0107anja, emocionalne regulacije i na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja usmjerenog na rast, kao i na tehnike upravljanja energijom, prevladavanja perfekcionizma i u\u010denja iz neuspjeha. Polaznici se vode da razmi\u0161ljaju o vlastitim resursima otpornosti, identificiraju podr\u017eavaju\u0107e odnose i razviju personalizirani plan otpornosti kako bi se bolje nosili s budu\u0107im izazovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, iskustvene aktivnosti i vo\u0111enu refleksiju, polaznici \u0107e vje\u017ebati primjenu vje\u0161tina otpornosti u osobnom i profesionalnom okru\u017eenju.
