Polaznici \u0107e istra\u017eiti brojne prednosti sna\u017enih dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea - uklju\u010duju\u0107i emocionalnu podr\u0161ku, smanjenje stresa, pobolj\u0161ano fizi\u010dko i mentalno zdravlje te pobolj\u0161ane kognitivne i me\u0111uljudske vje\u0161tine. Te\u010daj nagla\u0161ava va\u017enost uravnote\u017eenja dru\u0161tvenog anga\u017emana s jasnim granicama kako bi se odr\u017eala autonomija i me\u0111usobno po\u0161tovanje u svim odnosima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudionici \u0107e ste\u0107i prakti\u010dne strategije za izgradnju i odr\u017eavanje podr\u017eavaju\u0107ih dru\u0161tvenih veza, kako unutar tako i izvan radnog mjesta. Tema se bavi uobi\u010dajenim izazovima poput socijalne anksioznosti i stresa na radnom mjestu, nude\u0107i pristupe utemeljene na dokazima poput postupnog izlaganja, kognitivno-bihevioralnih tehnika i refleksivne samoprocjene kako bi se pomoglo u\u010denicima da steknu samopouzdanje i prevladaju prepreke smislenoj interakciji. Posebna se pozornost posve\u0107uje razvoju empatije, rje\u0161avanju sukoba i asertivnosti kao vje\u0161tinama za osobni rast i ja\u010de, ispunjenije odnose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, prakti\u010dne aktivnosti i sedmodnevni izazov dru\u0161tvenog povezivanja, polaznici se poti\u010du na razmi\u0161ljanje o vlastitim dru\u0161tvenim navikama, vje\u017ebanje aktivnog slu\u0161anja i poduzimanje konkretnih koraka za izgradnju zdravije i otpornije dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee. Savladavanjem ovih vje\u0161tina, polaznici mogu pobolj\u0161ati svoju ukupnu kvalitetu \u017eivota, pove\u0107ati zadovoljstvo poslom i doprinijeti podr\u017eavaju\u0107oj i uspje\u0161noj
