Ovogodi\u0161nja tema, <strong><em>\u201c&quot;Poduzmite akciju&quot;\u201d<\/em><\/strong> isti\u010de sna\u017enu poruku: sama svjesnost nije dovoljna - zna\u010dajna promjena doga\u0111a se kada djelujemo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izazovi mentalnog zdravlja i dalje poga\u0111aju milijune ljudi diljem svijeta. Anksioznost, iscrpljenost, usamljenost i stres postali su sve \u010de\u0161\u0107i, posebno me\u0111u mladima i zaposlenim odraslim osobama. Iako su razgovori o mentalnom zdravlju sada otvoreniji nego ikad, mnogi ljudi se jo\u0161 uvijek tiho bore ili se suo\u010davaju s preprekama u pristupu podr\u0161ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobra je vijest da male, dosljedne akcije mogu napraviti stvarnu razliku. Ovogodi\u0161nja kampanja poti\u010de sve da naprave jedan pozitivan korak - za sebe, za nekog drugog ili za dru\u0161tvo u cjelini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za pojedince to mo\u017ee zna\u010diti stvaranje zdravijih dnevnih rutina, uzimanje pauza od digitalnog preoptere\u0107enja, provo\u0111enje vremena na otvorenom, vje\u017ebanje ili jednostavno odvajanje vremena za odmor. Za prijatelje, kolege i \u010dlanove obitelji, djelovanje mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati provjeru s nekim tko se \u010dini preoptere\u0107enim, slu\u0161anje bez osu\u0111ivanja ili poticanje otvorenih razgovora o stresu i emocionalnoj dobrobiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radna mjesta i organizacije tako\u0111er igraju klju\u010dnu ulogu. Stvaranje psiholo\u0161ki sigurnog okru\u017eenja, promicanje ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota te pru\u017eanje dostupnih resursa za mentalno zdravlje vi\u0161e nisu opcionalni - oni su klju\u010dni.
