Cursisten verkennen de kerncomponenten van EI \u2013 waaronder zelfbewustzijn, zelfregulatie, empathie en effectieve communicatie \u2013 en hoe deze componenten individuen helpen hun eigen emoties te herkennen en te beheersen, en de emoties van anderen te begrijpen en te ondersteunen. De cursus maakt gebruik van modellen zoals Paul Ekmans universele emotiekader om deelnemers te helpen emotionele episodes op de werkvloer te identificeren, interpreteren en er constructief op te reageren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er wordt speciale aandacht besteed aan de rol van empathie en actief luisteren bij het opbouwen van positieve relaties en het cre\u00ebren van een ondersteunende werkomgeving. Praktische strategie\u00ebn voor aandachtig en empathisch luisteren worden besproken, waarbij wordt getoond hoe deze vaardigheden misverstanden verminderen, vertrouwen bevorderen en samenwerking verbeteren. Cursisten worden aangemoedigd om mindfulness, regelmatige zelfreflectie en zelfzorgroutines te beoefenen om veerkracht op te bouwen en emotioneel evenwicht te behouden \u2013 belangrijke factoren om het risico op chronische stress en burn-out te verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan de hand van praktijkvoorbeelden, casestudies en praktische activiteiten ontwikkelen en versterken deelnemers hun emotionele intelligentie.
