Cursisten maken kennis met diverse meditatietechnieken, waaronder mindfulnessmeditatie, meditatie met liefdevolle vriendelijkheid, bodyscan, box-ademhaling en de 4-7-8-methode. Deze technieken zijn allemaal ontworpen om rust te cre\u00ebren, emoties te reguleren en veerkracht op de werkvloer te vergroten. Wetenschappelijk bewijs benadrukt de psychologische, emotionele en fysieke voordelen van regelmatige meditatie, zoals stressvermindering, verbeterde concentratie en verhoogde vitaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cursus benadrukt dat meditatie een flexibele beoefening is, geschikt voor zelfs de drukste schema&#039;s.
