Neurographica, ontwikkeld door psycholoog prof. dr. Pavel Piskarev, combineert het tekenen van eenvoudige geometrische vormen en speciale &#039;neurolines&#039; met een bewuste intentie, waardoor het toegankelijk is voor iedereen, ongeacht artistieke vaardigheden. Het proces is geworteld in de neurowetenschap en stimuleert nieuwe neurale verbindingen, mindfulness en creatieve probleemoplossing \u2013 allemaal essentieel om zich aan te passen aan uitdagingen op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cursisten verkennen stapsgewijze Neurographica-technieken, van het stellen van intenties en het loslaten van spanning door middel van cathartisch tekenen, tot het &#039;afronden&#039; en harmoniseren van conflicterende emoties op papier. De cursus legt uit hoe je een kalme, afleidingsvrije omgeving cre\u00ebert, reflectief dagboekschrijven integreert en kunst gebruikt als hulpmiddel voor zowel directe verlichting als diepgaander, langdurig stressmanagement. Praktische activiteiten begeleiden deelnemers door tekensessies en het combineren van dagboekschrijven met Neurographica om inzicht te krijgen, emoties te reguleren en stress om te zetten in een gevoel van rust en empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door regelmatig Neurographica te beoefenen, kunnen mensen veerkracht opbouwen, burn-outs voorkomen en meer creativiteit en mindfulness in hun dagelijkse werkleven brengen.
