Cursisten ontdekken hoe muziek doelbewust kan worden gebruikt als therapeutisch hulpmiddel, niet alleen om stress te beheersen, maar ook om de stemming te verbeteren, de slaap te verbeteren en de productiviteit te verhogen. De cursus belicht de wetenschappelijke basis van muziektherapie, waaronder het vermogen om de dopamineproductie te stimuleren, hersengolven, hartslag en ademhaling te synchroniseren en de ontspanningsreactie van het lichaam te activeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er wordt speciale aandacht besteed aan de verschillen tussen muziek met een frequentie van 432 Hz en 440 Hz. Onderzoek en persoonlijke verhalen tonen aan dat 432 Hz-frequenties vaak een gevoel van rust, helderheid en emotionele harmonie bevorderen. Cursisten maken kennis met praktische strategie\u00ebn om muziek te integreren in hun dagelijkse routine, zoals het maken van gepersonaliseerde afspeellijsten voor ontspanning, focus en stemmingsverbetering, het experimenteren met natuurgeluiden en het gebruiken van &#039;muziek resets&#039; tijdens stressvolle momenten.
