Cursisten ontdekken wat persoonlijke grenzen zijn: &#039;onzichtbare krachtvelden&#039; die comfortzones defini\u00ebren, emotionele ruimte beschermen en mensen de kracht geven om &#039;ja&#039; te zeggen tegen wat belangrijk is en &#039;nee&#039; tegen wat niet. De cursus benadrukt hoe zelfwaardering en zelfwaardering de kern vormen van het vol vertrouwen stellen en handhaven van deze grenzen, zelfs wanneer je geconfronteerd wordt met uitdagingen op het werk of de druk om altijd &#039;ja&#039; te zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er worden praktische strategie\u00ebn gepresenteerd voor het identificeren, stellen en communiceren van grenzen \u2013 waarbij veelvoorkomende situaties zoals een te hoge werkdruk, micromanagement of ongewenst fysiek contact aan bod komen. Het onderwerp behandelt het frequente schuldgevoel dat gepaard kan gaan met het stellen van grenzen en biedt richtlijnen voor het herkaderen van dit schuldgevoel en het zien van grenzen niet als barri\u00e8res, maar als uitingen van zelfrespect die zowel individuen als teams ten goede komen. Door zelfbeperkende overtuigingen te begrijpen en te overwinnen, kunnen cursisten een gezondere, respectvollere en meer ondersteunende werkomgeving cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interactieve oefeningen \u2013 zoals het in kaart brengen van grenzen, rollenspellen en begeleide reflectie \u2013 moedigen deelnemers aan om nieuwe vaardigheden te oefenen, te herkennen waar hun grenzen verstevigd moeten worden en concrete stappen te zetten naar meer zelfzorg.
