Cursisten onderzoeken wat veerkracht is, hoe het helpt de negatieve effecten van stress te bufferen en waarom het een vaardigheid is die je kunt ontwikkelen in plaats van een aangeboren eigenschap. Aan de hand van inspirerende voorbeelden en onderzoek legt de cursus uit hoe veerkracht emotionele regulatie, mentale flexibiliteit, fysieke gezondheid en succes op de lange termijn ondersteunt, zelfs bij grote tegenslagen of onzekerheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deelnemers krijgen praktische strategie\u00ebn aangereikt voor het opbouwen van veerkracht, waaronder het &#039;7 C&#039;s&#039;-model: Controle, Competentie, Coping, Zelfvertrouwen, Verbinding, Karakter en Bijdrage. De nadruk ligt op het belang van zelfcompassie, emotionele regulatie en een groeimindset, evenals technieken voor energiemanagement, het overwinnen van perfectionisme en het leren van fouten. Deelnemers worden begeleid bij het reflecteren op hun eigen veerkrachtbronnen, het identificeren van ondersteunende relaties en het ontwikkelen van een persoonlijk veerkrachtplan om toekomstige uitdagingen beter aan te kunnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan de hand van praktijkvoorbeelden, ervaringsgerichte activiteiten en begeleide reflectie oefenen deelnemers met het toepassen van veerkrachtvaardigheden in zowel persoonlijke als professionele situaties.
