- StressOut Policy Recommendations Report: Following an extensive EU-wide survey and focus groups, the project has published a report addressing key findings on work-related stress, including factors like sleep difficulties, lack of wellness plans, and unregulated overtime. This report aims to inform policy changes on both national and EU levels. Access the report
- StressOut Training Course: After thorough research and stakeholder collaboration, the StressOut training course is nearly complete! The course comprises five core units, covering topics from understanding stress to practical relaxation techniques. It will soon be available in multiple languages, ensuring accessibility across partner countries.
- Join the StressOut Initiative: The project survey remains open, inviting more participants to share their experiences and contribute to developing tools for stress prevention at work.
