The First StressOut Newsletter is Now Out!
We’re excited to share the first edition of the StressOut project newsletter, a resource that delves into the initial developments and activities within the project aimed at tackling work-related stress across Europe.
In this issue, you’ll find insights on:
- First Transnational Project Meeting: Held in Sofia, Bulgaria, where project partners gathered to launch the foundational research phase and outline plans for each project milestone. A key highlight was a Neurographica workshop, led by Mrs. Gergana Deenichina from E-Academy, demonstrating innovative stress-relief techniques.
- EU-wide Research on Work-Related Stress: The project’s first major activity—a comprehensive survey and series of focus groups across partner countries. These activities gathered over 150 responses and engaged more than 96 participants, capturing essential perspectives on the causes and effects of work-related stress, and informing future policy recommendations.
- StressOut Consortium Overview: A closer look at the six organizations from Bulgaria, Spain, Croatia, Cyprus, and the Netherlands that make up the StressOut consortium, each bringing unique expertise to create impactful tools and resources for stress management.
- Ongoing StressOut Survey: The survey, which remains open, invites more participants to contribute by sharing their experiences with workplace stress. The feedback will continue to shape project tools and recommendations, making a lasting difference in stress prevention strategies.
