Celebrating World Mental Health Day 2023
World Mental Health Day is marked every year on 10th of October, to raise awareness about mental health around the world and to mobilize efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.
The 2023 World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for people and communities to unite behind the theme ‘Mental health is a universal human right” to improve knowledge, raise awareness and drive actions that promote and protect everyone’s mental health as a universal human right.
The StressOut project aims to provide tools for stress prevention and stress management on both a personal and business level. The project facilitates the creation of an innovative training course with experiential training activities to enable both employers and employees to combat work-related stress and burnout, as well as working techniques on how to prevent them via an easily accessible and modern tools.
