- The First Aid Kit: A practical guide offering quick and effective solutions for high-stress situations, aiming to prevent burnout when it matters most.
- The Self-Assessment Tool: A resource to evaluate stress levels and provide personalized coping strategies tailored to employees and employers alike.
- The StressOut Mobile Application: A user-friendly app that combines all project resources—training content, exercises, videos, podcasts, and more – into a single, accessible platform.
- Stress Awareness Days 2025: Dedicated events across five countries (Bulgaria, Spain, Croatia, Cyprus, and the Netherlands) to highlight mental health, promote stress prevention, and inspire healthier workplaces.
- The Final Transnational Project Meeting: On December 3, 2024, the project partners met in Nicosia, Cyprus, to finalize project deliverables and discuss dissemination and sustainability strategies.
