Background

Coordina Organización de Empresas y Recursos Humanos (COORDINA) is a consulting firm which operates in the following business areas: Training, Innovation, Strategy and Management Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources. The MISSION of COORDINA is to facilitate and promote the process of change and transformation of the organizations we work with, towards a more innovative and sustainable management model. The team of Consultants and Trainers of Coordina have training and expertise in the areas outlined above, having developed a high number of projects in those areas, both directly addressed to companies and professionals and through the implementation of EU funded projects. COORDINA cooperates with a broad range of entities, belonging to different groups like professionals, SMEs and large companies, non-for-profit organizations, universities, chamber of commerce and others. The network of COORDINA includes contacts at local, national and EU level, which will be used for increasing the impact of the RetRail Project. COORDINA is member of DIRSE (Spanish Association of CSR Managers), AEDIPE (Spanish Association of Human Resources Directors) and AECTA (Spanish Association of Consultancy Firms). In this last Association, the Managing Director of Coordina, Manuel Quílez, belongs to its Board of Directors.

Experience

COORDINA is already working in delivering consultancy and training in the field of Human Resources, for SMEs, including the implementation of innovative best practices and strategies for optimizing the performance of their employees and improving their quality of life. COORDINA is also already working in the development of innovative training programs for SMEs and professionals, including their participation in several ERASMUS+ projects. COORDINA will deliver their existing background along the implementation of this project, while will get a valuable product for improving their training and consultancy services.

  • Development of Innovative Training Program – COORDINA has a strong record designing and developing innovative VET Training Programmes both for our direct customers and also within the implementation of ERASMUS+ funded projects. In addition to its direct participation as a beneficiary of ERASMUS+ Projects, COORDINA has also supported the promotion of more than 25 ERASMUS+ projects, where COORDINA has designed innovative training programs to be implemented during the project lifetime.
  • Human resources, SMEs and Innovation – COORDINA is specialized, among others, in Human Resources and in boosting best practices in the workplace for SMEs and professionals.

Experts

Manuel Quílez Pardo

Degree in Labour Relations and consultant in the field of Human Resources and implementation of best practices in the workplace. Professor at the University of Valencia, teaching in the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Human Resources and in the Master of Health and Safety at Work, as well as in the Degree Administration and Management and in the Degree of Labour Relations and Human Resources. He is also actively involved in tutoring students involved in internship programs in companies, where competencies needed to have a successful inclusion in the labor market are developed. Dr. Quílez has more than 15 years of experience in the development of innovative training programs, including implementation of more than 100 training courses addressed to professionals and SMEs and experience as a professor in the Administration Department at the University of Valencia. Member of the project team of several ERASMUS+ Project addressed to professionals and SMEs, like “COL-CREATION” “CoLABOURATIVE-LAB”, “RETRAIL”, “APPETITE”, where he was in charge of the development of the training methodologies.
